Whereas the comments here, which complain about the Philippines enforcing laws they see fit in their own country and not allowing foreigners to come along and exploit their people because they are poor and don't have the opportunities people in the west do (mini imperialism), that's fine? I mean, their institutions are corrupt, so that excuses foreigners going there and taking advantage of people who need help?
Jailing someone for going to a different country to exploit poverty stricken women or girls in an illegal sex operation seems like a better reason for life than stealing a slice of pizza, as happens in the USA.

It's EXTREMELY hard for a foreigner to even be associated with "girly bars" but if they do, they will get fucked over sooner or later. If they're so good at faking IDs, how do you know that "hundreds" of girls are "most likely" underage? You can't have it both ways. You either know or you don't know. And your complaint about "racism" is simply because Filipinos can get to exploit underage girls but white guys can't? Wow, life is so unfair.
