Actually, Vino (my wife), is converting from Hindu to Jewish right now. Even though she is doing so at a conservative temple it isn't that crazy. She is taking an 18 week course, 3 hours one night per week, and then she will have her immersion performed at the end of May. Really not an insane process at all.
