Although Israel shouldn't have been formed in the first place, it has and the Palestine, Syria and Lebanon need to deal with that fact.
Israel needs to return to pre-1967 borders and to withdraw it's settlements. They need to stop the blockade and tear down the walls.
Palestine needs to re-elect Fatah and kick Hamas out, they need to reject support from Hezbollah and show that they want peace.
For all of this to work Israel needs to take the first step as they are the ones who can actually do something.
But alas we have a stalemate of Zionist v. Militant Islamic fundamentalists, so nothing changes because they want to ethnically cleanse each other from the face of the earth.
