I am sure you will be able to find a couple rags to riches stories in China. But you goto realize that a bowl of rice with a little meat on the side was a luxury not so long ago for the Chinese and now the new luxury is a blackmarket Iphone Knock off.
Truth be known though China is still heavily poverty stricken and most regions of it are undeveloped.
Developed regions are nothing more than a slave labor camp paying pennies.
