If it's public nudity the photographer owns the copyright. Just because it happened outdoors does not mean it's "Public Domain"
Then you have the problem with the owner of the venue/party the photos/videos were taken at.
Plus the fact that you may be up against a company with a legal department trying to justify their existance.
You might consider the possibility of free advertisement when it hits the press. But shakey ground.
