Whoever that is has zero hair on their legs. Weiner seems to me like he'd be a hairy guy for some reason.

I do know this much, I've never taken a picture of myself from that angle and the only reason I wouldn't simply state that (if it were me) would be because I wouldn't want to screw up an investigation or something along those lines.

Strange story.
