ACWM the affiliate program for xlovecam.com has a nice selection of promo tools including "HTML Pages" that are pre-made complete landing pages that can be placed on your server with their images and iframes served to your page (hot linked).

"HTML Pages" were designed for bought traffic (like Search Engine PPC [Google AdWords, etc.]) however they have other uses such as the quick start that you may be looking for ... Some simple HTML editing and you can "hit the floor running."
