You can get the Paxum e-mail address & amount via IPN, but that doesn't work well, because lots of times the account e-mail you have and the Paxum e-mail are different. So even though you have an API, all transactions still have to be manually checked and approved.
NOTE: If you changed your API in the past 6 weeks to support this, my apologies.
