When people put the price as high as some of the domains on that list, which are really 10x more than what i'd bet someone would be willing to pay, I think that person is either in denial or deep down really doesn't want to sell.

I did not say EVERYONE is doing this.
Here is another REAL World example. I also sell things on ebay, an item I sell for $24 and have several of them, I also list for $49.95 in my Ebay Store.
So yes I sell many more of this one item at $24, but tell my why people still buy the exact same item for $50, when I have the first for sale?
Called They want it and they want it NOW.
I also sold a Hot christmas item on ebay for 50% MORE than what walmart.com was selling them for. Every sale I did a drop ship from Walmart, never even touched the item.
Yes, my examples prove people are dumb and lazy also, but hey, when that fish comes along and buys a domain at 5X or 10X your asking price when you did NOT need to sell, who gives a fuck??
