As Martin told you, there were some changes in the billing department and that was the reason some payments are not completed yet. We are making payments right now.

We suggest SPACash users to write through PM or to [email protected] and let us know your usernames, therefore we can take a look at what might have happened. It is easier for us to look into each case than to respond to annonymous and general complaints.

We have users that, unaware of the change into the automatic payment method we made a few months ago, did not properly configure their account information and in those cases automatic payments were not processed. We are glad to help users that have this particular problem.

We are also working with users with deactivated accounts and restoring those as well.
