A whole lot has changed since various members of the L3 Payments Team entered the space (OVER a decade ago) and our biggest gripes would likely be all of the nonsense that has, in various degrees, permeated the processing space whether its rogue merchants or ridiculous cc company changes, or one of a million other issues.

So, what is it about the biz that really gets you frustrated? Curious to understand everyone's points of views as we are all involved in various capacities!
