"webcam sessions " as you call them are content that is copyright of the site broadcasting the images in most cases (see the site in question's model agreement as to copyright issues).
So, you do not own them (the private show videos) or the right to distribute them regardless of what you may think. (I have seen this sort of thing before). However, I think the more important part are the privacy rights of the persons involved.
The "Affiliate Manager" could only state the company's policy and might be able to get you some license right to the content (by and through his superiors). If you read the terms of the affiliate agreement that you operate under most likely you are restricted to the use of company provided/approved promotional materials.
I am sure that your intentions are good but you would need "licensing" to use copyright broadcast material for promotional purposes.
