They can sentence her to up to 4 years max for the 4 counts of lying to law enforcement. With good behavior she can be out in less than half that, or the judge can make the sentence run concurrent to her check fraud time, but I don't see that happening here.

Yeah. Maybe her grandparents will press charges too since she stole from them and the senior facility they were living at just before her daughter went "missing".
What's so sad is that given the fact her mother is a pathological liar, no one will probably ever discover what really happened to Caylee.
