I know I am new here, we i.e. me and the company I work for has the last tree months done research on adult sites and we are now seeking to employ someone to help us develop a few things for us.

Skills : PHP / MySQL / HTML / SEO Practices

1. WordPress theme - Theme to have Galleries / Tube - 2 columb - design

2. Wordpress Plugin(s) - Developed CSV and ZIP import for Video and images

3. Seo Pages / Aricles - 8 current niches X 5-10 pages to cated to key terms within that main niche

To give you an idea the same scripts and plugins will be used for various small micro niche sites for our main site. Scripts and plugins must be able to work on decent shared hosting providers. These development tools will not be available for sale or for download it is for out own use. yet again if you have sone such work before we are interested in looking at demo sites or live sites to just buy what you have done. Should you feel you can do tis job without wordpress and can cater for a multi instalations we are open for suggestions.
