I've always been convinced that shots are better than pills. No science to back that up, I just figure anything penetrating my skin has to "stick" better than anything else.
It is a butt shot though and I was a little embarrassed by the fact I was going commando today.
EDIT: Most days my mind goes at 300 MPH and my body at 3 MPH. I'm trying to sync them up a little more.

The shots have more B12 in them than the pills. Also, they should be injected in muscle. So you can have them done in your leg if you want too.
