As usual, the casting work seems to have been to find people with the emotional stability of junior high school kids who all happen to smoke. 21% of adult americans smoke.. 90% of hells kitchen kids smoke. Is it a requirement? Keep them all full of crazy cravings and make them snap sooner? Drama lama for dinner.
