Playing devil's advocate, how would an anonymous payment system be beneficial to a sponsor offering that payment? If someone currently rips content from a paysite and uploads that content, there's a chance of tracking him/her down. If payment is completely anonymous, then there's no chance of tracking down the pirate and puts sponsors in an even worse position with fighting piracy.
