She and the others like her who live with Hef are as creepy as he is.
It is creepy, he's 85 years old - i don't see anything wrong with him getting sex off some of the Playboy models, tons of them would just because he's Hef, a legend.
The creepiness is him wanting the world to believe he has real girlfriends who are in love with him and they live together in his mansion and have a wonderful time watching movies in their pajamas. That's just creepy and pretty delusional - he is living the life of the Emperor's New Clothes. Nobody is his insulated little world will tell him the truth, they kiss his old wrinkled ass instead.
