I'm speaking from personal experience with these dogs. I grew up in NYC, the dog fighting capital. Was raised to think of them as killing machines and have witness first hand MANY dog fights and wild pit bulls. As a kid I've profited from people who thought of them as dim witted killing machines.
I know that it's how you raise them. They want to please you and be what you want them to be. They beg for your authority and guidance if you're doing it right.
If you just let them raise themselves, abuse them, keep them in the yard... no socializing, etc. You're gonna have a monster. These guys are big ass energetic terriers.
