I do not think they have affiliate program. Seems to be cloud hosting out of SF. It doesn't hurt to ask if the have English version coming but if they do not answer do not feel bad.

You realize its 77$ to join plus 50 yen per movie download...
Also, seems to be jp card processor which usually means no gaijin can sign up.
I am hitting them up in nihongo and will let you know if we get a response.
