i think there is a confusion there, this pay out is just for back pay and royalties earned from syndication (when they sell old episodes to other networks similar to Friends show and Seinfeld).
what happened to the law suit?
allegedly he sued the network for breach of contract, what happened to that?
also, man did the show stink with Aston Kutcher, it will now become just another chick show on the tube; say what you like but Charlie is/was one of the few who could pull in male audience.
