That's not true. Manny said he's willing and has been willing to take scheduled blood tests. He won't submit to Olympic Style testing which is random times and places. You can't avoid the test when the guy shows up. You have to take it... I do think Floyd is avoiding him to an extent but if Manny says yes to Olympic Style testing that it's on...
