We have a ton of projects, and work for a quality designer. Instead of paying per project, we are exploring paying a flat fee per month. Right now we have a number of design work to be completed. Some examples would be as follows.

* TGP Pages
* Model Pages
* WP Themes
* CSS Skins
* Link Bait Web Sites
* Landing Pages
