I got this from Scoregroup yesterday: Payoneer payment is delayed. We sent the wire to them and their bank returned the wire saying that it was "internal Risk management".
There is are technical problem in accepting wires through Commerzbank.
The new wiring information is to a payment processor and not a bank."

So, is the new route a bank or not?
