You could check out something like W3Schools or Tizag, they tend to have some good tutorials and between them would be able to help you with HTML, Javascript, CSS and many other programming languages. if you're delving into php then I would suggest having php.net as a companion as this is the full manual of almost every function in php, and the popular ones even have sample scripts left by readers which are good to have a thumb through if you are unsure on how to use it.
