Ask yourself why you spend so much time and energy trying to care for someone that obviously doesn't care for you, and figure out a way to apply that energy to your own success. If you can focus on one thing, you have to be able to find a way to channel that focus into something that's actually productive. Some pills may help, but I think that you already have it in yourself to help control the issue.
You should also look at your diet. I'm betting that you eat like absolute shit.
