There certainly is - the problem is that what you "know" is based on what you have decided is the truth. A truth based upon the information available to you. So if you have decided, (based upon your fond memories of the carefully cultivated TV persona) that Mr Saville was just misunderstood that is up to you.

However I am factoring in the evidence other than my fond reminisences of the quirky TV personality.
