and the stupid FDA won't let us say they are a smoking cessation device, even though many people have said it was a step for them to quit...
basically, even though they come in variable levels of nicotine from high to medium to low to zero, we can't market them as a way to stop smoking since "there's no way of knowing exactly how much nicotine is in them"
it's probably time to start throwing money at the FDA....
