xmarkpro is so much more, with built in statistics, tracking and so on.
managewp is more of "only" blog management, like upgrades, plugins, comment handling and so on.
xmarkpro is built by Matt Kiopa who posts here on GFY, no clue of who the guys behind managewp are.
