i went to the doc because i couldnt focus on anything. he wanted to give me adderall.
i told them to fuck off and i started exercising, cut out refined sugar as much as possible, and took vitamin supplements magnesium, niacin, and fish oil in bulk.
problem solved.
leave that shit alone.
