ACH specifically is American (stands for American Clearing House), but we do have local bank transfers worldwide that cost, at most, $10 (depending on the country and partner), so that's pretty much as close as it gets. Of course it depends on the partner if they enable it, but we've had this service for over half a year (and in Europe the money is sent from a local bank in that country - UK, Germany, France, etc. - so there isn't even a landing fee when it arrives in your bank account since it's a local transfer.
