Is it like enlarging your e-penis, making it seem large to others with no real benefit for your own posts?
The posts sent would have the same impact as blind mailing would it not?
I do not do much with twitter, however I have about 20k facebook fans for my various mainstream sites.
Those are real people with real interest in the websites. So when I share a link I get a response. I fail to see how that would work with the above mentioned facebook fans.
