Actually, all you need to do is request an 'upgrade' from the one promo to this one, and it would solve your issue. The problem you ran into is that some people try and sign up for multiple promos, and intend to KEEP all of the different promos (i.e. multiple promo accounts). We only allow ONE promo plan per user.
