I wonder if it's just sitting there vacant now? There's really no need to slap a building together in 15 days other than to show the world that you can. It reminds me of those aliens in Stephen King's Tommyknockers, they have this limited form of genius which makes them very inventive and efficient, but does not provide any philosophical or ethical insight at all. Kind of like an ant colony.
