As of right now,
you don't need to sign up for anything to submit galleries to us. You may add to your submit databases or submit by hand if you want.

partner pass is not required for submissions to go through at this time, however, we may enforce that feature later on if the traffic numbers warrant a more "exclusive" submitter crowd.
