On Thailand, on Koh Lanta there is a little store called Shanti Shanti. A french guy runs it and hand makes ice cream. Different flavours each week, depending on what he feels like making. The texture is astounding. And he does all crazy flavours. I had Strawberry and Tomato. It was without a doubt the best ice cream I've ever had. I also tried peanut butter, and tamarind and ginger. Devine.
