You did not say a "seasoned" affiliate manager (i.e. Wizzo).
I bet someone like a Wizzo or Kristin is making the high end of the scale for an AM/AR. With their vast knowledge, and experience they have earned a higher pay scale. Where the vast majority of AR's would be in the $24-36k annual base salary average with commission incentives. Which appear to be 10%+ of their affiliate's revenue.
In short, their positions are performance based, as they should be.
