The alcohol takes hours to metabolize, and if she didn't eat plentiful meals that day (which if she's in vegas and drinking I doubt) and drink lots of WATER (alcohol dehydrates you, milk drops) yes, her milk is shit and the kid is going to be hungry.

Sorry but you don't want to talk to me about this subject, I just owned it for nearly two years, it isn't easy and you can't be a drunk whore partying in vegas and come back to the hotel to nurture and adequately breast feed your kid. Doesn't work that way. That girl is going to lose custody of her child now.
