I can vouch for oscer. I found XR Networks via the search engines, but I have been a customer for about 6 months now (virtual hosting). The up time is excellent, the sites load quickly, the support has been top notch, and my account rep, Doug, is super friendly and goes the extra mile to supply the things I request. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
