Like my friend who was on something like a 15 mile jog when he collapsed, lapsed into a coma and woke up with pancreatic cancer at 26. Epitome of perfect health and seemingly good genes. He did just have his sixth surgery though and is now cancer free. Still getting a new liver in a few months.
Wow, just typing that, I wonder if that is what took quiet. Pancreatic cancer usually moves very swiftly.

In previous months, he was rocking the Moevember mustache and corresponding t-shirts. I'm assuming he knew about it for a while. I wish he would have been more open about it.
I'd say if anyone was living a healthy lifestyle it was him, but judging by his photos... he liked his alcohol too. And I do too. That's what worries me. That's why I wish I knew more...
