I have already been offered a fully customed escort CMS already completed with full resale rights for $1250 but unfortunately, as good as it was, it was not the way we wanted the "look" of it. The best known escort CMS designer is only charging $2000 for a top notch CMS. If I wanted to get ripped off and pay $5000 or more, I would go to digital point

so you already know the answer. Standard "off the shelves" scripts costs between $600 and $2000 . What do you expect to pay for a custom solution? It's customary to charge at least 10x the price for custom, so by your own words, you'd be talking about $6000 to the very least. This being said, I think you may find someone willing to do it for $1500-2000, but I doubt you'll find someone willing to work at that price AND with no down payment. And, to be honest, you contacted me before to do something extremely fishy. Maybe it was legit. Maybe. But, personally, I wouldn't even turn on a computer before you pay at least 50% of whichever work you need.
