I have heard of a negative SE impact from popunders from a number of people over the years however I have always run popunders on my own network and have seen no negative effects. So my general belief is they will not have a negative impact but as most people will say "ANY changes can have an impact - whether positive or negative".
I generally try to stay within the same niche, with a mix of dating/cams/
desktop strippers/etc.
Most sponsors which offer a popunder code don't work all that great.
I use my own script which rotates URLs. Or you can use something like
popit (but you have to send 10% of the traffic to them).
There seems to be a working code
here which I have not tried yet since mine works fine as is. This one also only seems to allow for a single URL and will not rotate between multiple.
