In Nov 2010 I bought the Canon XF300 new from a dealer here in Canada for $6749. (goes for 6499 in US). I also bought a pelican case to hold it/protect it. I then picked up a shotgun mic, filter, memory cards and yes, a dvd training video so I'd learn the camera.
I used the camera in Jan and Jun 2011 for a combined 20-25 hours area if that. Grand total, camera has under 30 hours total shot with it. Why? Simple, I bought it spur of the moment with intent to start shooting the Bella ladies often. We got them together twice, it was fun but quite pricey as model shoots can be.
All in all, I have receipts showing me spending over $8000 on the camera/accessories.
Right now it is sitting in the closet, in the pelican case with styrofoam cut to the shape of the camera. Case collecting dust basically. I have all the original boxes, manuals, everything. I know many might have interest in the camera but not give two shits about the rest. I understand and agree, so I am selling the camera, the other stuff comes with it for free. If you don't want it, I won't ship it but this post is for the camera.
Why am I selling? Simple, I am not using it. It's been sitting depreciating for the past eight months since I used it last. Seems unwise to keep it another eight months. Maybe one of you are looking for a high end video camera for a cheaper price than new. Also, Bryci is making me sell it since we're not using it.

Camera is in Canada so you'd be paying shipping/insurance to wherever you are in addition to the $4000.
