He knows what he's doing, that task of correcting that image speaks by itself... He could have just sent an email to ATE and purchase it, if he is so legit as he claims to be... If ATE doesn't do anything about this, it's because they are too busy to prosecute someone who probably has only $300 in his bank account.
You can also see what kind of person he is, as he starts insulting when no one did. So, the usual unpolite, cheap guy around, that's why I didn't even bid on this project, and I would never bid on any project of him.
If anyone works for him I would like to have the amusement of hearing that experience.
