If your video doesn't start when you clearly do something wrong. Could you please post here
the actual player code (
[flv:blah-blah-blah]) that you were trying to insert into your post?
That plugin provides just a simple way of the plugin usage. If you need some advanced ad management etc in WP, that will require some additional changes in the plugin.
