Sounds silly, but that's the case across the board. Almost none of our foods are labeled to let us know if genetically modified ingredients are present for example. Now it turns out that much of the food at Whole Foods are now genetically modified too!

If you think that everything is safe to eat, cool. But on the other hand if you want to avoid some things, and you want to know specifically what you are eating, good luck with that!
what's your point? eat nothing at all? stick with carrots grown in your back yard?

let me spoil the surprise for you, nothing is pure.. worrying about everything is far worse for your health than any fast food you are going to eat.
