Trooper Tom Kelly stands on Old Tavern Road near a home where a masked intruder, identified as Robert Muntz of Sweet Valley, was shot and killed Tuesday morning during a home invasion at 59 Old Tavern Road in Hunlock Township. According to police a female occupant of the home was shot, but was expected to survive.

State police have identified a masked intruder who was fatally shot in a Hunlock Creek home invasion Tuesday.

Robert Muntz, 44, of Sweet Valley, was killed at 59 Old Tavern Road, said Trooper Tom Kelly, spokesman for state police at Wyoming. In March 2009, Muntz was one of 22 charged in connection with a drug ring allegedly operated by the Outlaws Motorcycle Club.

A female occupant of the home was shot Tuesday, but was expected to survive, police said.

These are AWESOME examples!!! Just a question but what would this list look like if you aggregated a year of cases like this compared to cases where someone innocent got hurt or killed by gunfire. I say at least 50-1 which is the point.
