Here is some of the things you need to do that I cannot for you (or you do them in this order)
1) Change the addon directory to
a. public_html/mydomain/www
2) Edit the configuration file found in public_html/mydomains/var/mydomain.com.conf.php
a. Make a better password and change line 8 (the database password)
b. Down at line 57, when you edit your addon directory, change the baseUrl to just
http://mydomain.com
3) Edit your DNS so that if someone types in
http://www.mydomain.com it transfers to
http://mydomain.com
