Depends on the dealer. Probably in larger dealerships most of them will be cunts.
I know one that is basically a one-man show and he just buys vehicles wholesale at the Toronto auto auction and tries to make a living by marking them up as little as possible.
I don't think he makes much more than $2000 per vehicle at best and if they sit for a while he has to drop his price to get rid of them. So if you walk in and ask him for his best price he's basically already got his best price posted on the car. He can't sell them at a loss.
