Own a few sites that are up and running, and adult oriented, but I need someone who has been around that can help me get the site to the next level.

Looking to either partner up, or find a mentor/manager that can help guide the ship.

I have an amazing programmer I work with, and I need to help build traffic for the site, or other avenues of income.
